An Evening with the Blues

Presented by the National Children’s Cancer Society

This St. Louis Blues legends Kelly Chase, Brett Hull, and Tony Twist  year’s An Evening with the Blues was nothing short of extraordinary! On Saturday, June 20, 2026, more than 500 passionate hockey fans and dedicated philanthropists gathered at the historic St. Louis Union Station Hotel for an exhilarating evening in support of children bravely battling cancer and The National Children’s Cancer Society (NCCS).

The night was a celebration of hope, heart, and hometown heroes. Guests enjoyed a spectacular evening featuring a seated dinner, cocktails, heartfelt laughs, and inspiring moments. The program came alive with appearances by St. Louis Blues legends Kelly Chase, Brett Hull, and Tony Twist, highlighted by a lively and entertaining Q&A moderated by 5 On Your Side’s Frank Cusumano.

The excitement continued during the live auction and donation portions of the evening, led by former Blues player-turned-auctioneer Reed Low, where spirited bidding wars erupted over exclusive Blues memorabilia and once-in-a-lifetime vacation experiences.

While the evening featured some of the most beloved names in St. Louis hockey, the true star of the night was 11-year-old Amelia. Diagnosed with retinoblastoma as a baby, Amelia bravely battled cancer and is now in remission. She captivated the audience with her story of resilience, courage, and hope, reminding everyone in attendance why their support matters so deeply.

It was truly a night to remember, filled with joy, generosity, and game-changing impact.
