“I just hope that one day I may be able to have the same influence on other cancer patients’ lives as those caregivers had on mine. If I had not been diagnosed with leukemia, my whole life and future plans would be much different from what they are today.”

Just one month after graduating from high school, two days into a brand-new job, and in the middle of her sister’s wedding celebration, she received life-shattering news: she was diagnosed with leukemia.
