Each letter is customized with the details you provide, creating a keepsake they’ll treasure. Even better, every purchase supports families facing childhood cancer, bringing hope when it’s needed most.

Santa’s Mail Schedule

• Orders must be placed by 12:00 am CST (midnight) on December 8th.
• We will mail letters between November 9th and December 10th to allow for delivery before Christmas.

How It Works

Ordering your letter is easy!

1. Choose your package.
   Click on the package you’d like to purchase to access the order form.
2. Tell us about the recipient.
   Enter your information, then provide the name and details of the person receiving the letter. You’ll have the opportunity to personalize the message by sharing something Santa is proud of and something Santa would like the recipient to work on.
3. Complete your purchase.
   When you’re finished personalizing your letter, select “Pay by Credit Card” and complete your payment.
4. Want to order another letter?
   After checkout, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can place another order. At this time, each letter must be purchased separately.
